TURNS BRONZE

I found some Crescet Bronze powder from a nice guy on the internet.

Dan Erlewine recommends this in some of his painting books.

It's best applied over a black base, so I had to sacrifice Blackie.

I used two coats of a powder/lacquer mixture, followed by two coats of clear.

It will need a few more coats before it can be saded and buffed out though.

I think it goes real nice with the quartersawn maple/indian rosewood fingerbaord in tinted satin neck.

Lets see Blackie's final transformation
